SEC. 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation,
the provisions of this article. – Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution

The legislature adopted the 14th Amendment and promulgated a Civil Rights Act to give privileges to
it's new inferior class of U.S. citizens. The results of these Acts were the end of the Republic and the
beginning of the Democracy - and they were Constitutional for the Federal Zone
They changed the form of our government.
The 14th Amendnt made U.S. citizens? out of American Citizens
and also made them subject to the legislature.
A government of ?we, for, and of the people came to an end.
The corporate Democracy has its own Constitution (Constitution of the United States}.
The Articles of Amendments from 12 upward are of the Democracy and not the Republic.
The Organic Constitution only had 12 Amendments and the Democracy has added many.
Now we have two United States with different Constitutions.

The Fourteenth Amendment has been used by Congress to enlarge its powers to acquire vast amounts
of land within the States and to have disposed some of those lands to foreign countries of the United States
as "World Heritage Sites" and "Biosphere Reserves."
The Fourteenth Amendment has been used in the name of
"Clean Air and Water Acts" to confiscate the free use of public and private property of
the States without compensation.

The Congress (in and through its United States District Courts) has used the Fourteenth
Amendment to impose local taxes and dictate to Municipalities of the States as to what
facilities will be used for education.

The Fourteenth Amendment is being used by Congress to deprive the people of the States of a
"Republican Form of Government" by bribing Legislatures of the States to enact legislation under threat
of obtaining or losing federal funds.  Most of the legislation is not enacted in the interest of the people nor
could it be enacted into law by Congress without violating the Constitution for the United States of America.

The Congress used the Fourteenth Amendment to create a Corporation known as the "United Nations"
to which Congress uses the "Treaty Making Powers" of the Constitution for the United States of America
to revise our Nation's Constitution.  The Congress has surrendered control of our "Military" to the United Nations
and has surrendered "Judicial Powers" of the United States to the United Nation's "World Court."
 

Under the Fourteenth Amendment, the Congress has laid claim that it has authority to declare
"National Emergencies" and impose its "Martial Law Powers" over the States.  The Congress has divided
the Nation of the United States of America into ten military "Regions" and have set up military venues within
the States which are identified by two letter codes (e.g. AK, CA, TX, etc.) and Zip Codes.
Under the Martial Law, the President of the United States has issued forth numerous "Executive Orders"
that have the force of law.  One of those "Executive Orders" declares that no flag of a State shall be
displayed over federal buildings or federal lands that are located within a State.
The American flag is being displayed as a "Flag of Conquest."

Under the purported "Martial Law Powers," the Congress has created "Courts of Summary Judgment"
within the States wherein the "Common Law" has been suspended and the "Civil Law" has been invoked.

 Chaired by Nelson W. Aldrich, U.S. senator and financier whose work on the
Aldrich-Vreeland Currency Act of 1908 and chairmanship of the
National Monetary Commission (1908–12) helped prepare the way for
the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
He was the father in law of John D. Rockefeller.

Eight states (Rhode Island, Utah, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Florida, Virginia and
Pennsylvania) did not approve or ratify the amendment.
Texas and Louisiana were forbidden by their own state constitutions to
empower the federal government to tax.
Vermont and Massachusetts rejected the amendment with a recorded vote count, and only later
declared it passed without a recorded vote after the amendment was declared ratified by Knox.
(Knox:an agent of the International Banking Cartel, that was later appointed
Attorney General and then as Secretary of State, he proclaimed the 16th amendment
legaly ratified, and then retired to private life)

Tennessee, Ohio, Mississippi, California and Washington violated their state constitutions
in their ratification procedures.
Minnesota did not send any copy of its resolution to Knox, let alone a signed and sealed one,
as required. And Oklahoma, Georgia and Illinois made unacceptable changes in wording.
(Some of the above states also made such changes, in addition to their other unacceptable procedures.)
Take 48 states, deduct these 21, and you have proper ratification by only 27 states
far less than the required 36.
Secretary of State Philander Knox was not merely in error, but committed fraud when he
declared it ratified in February 1913

The 16th Amendment itself was given its decisive shove through Congress in
1909 by Sen. Nelson Aldrich of Rhode Island (co-author of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913),
who spoke for the "community of interest' of both Morgan and Rockefeller. This represented
and led to an astonishing reversal of attitudes among the old-line big-business conservatives
in the Senate, who had long staunchly opposed an income tax. Obviously,
something was afoot to change their minds. It was that the robber barons had already figured
out how to avoid the proposed income tax, especially through the establishment and use of
foundations, the number of which grew from 18 in 1910 to 94 by 1920 and 267 by 1930.
The super-rich have avoided the income tax ever since,
leaving it to be paid instead by the middle and lower classes.
Federal reserve banks, including the capital stock and surplus therein, and the income
derived therefrom shal be exempt from Federal, State, and local taxation, except taxes upon real estate.

The introduction in 1913 of the "Federal Reserve System"
enabled the international bankers to consolidate their financial powers in the U.S.
It is probably the largest generator of debt in the world.

World War I

June 28, Archduke Franz Ferdinand assassinated in Sarajevo triggering
a series of battles that would escalate into the first world war.
The pressure to involve the American government started in 1909, long before the actual assassination
of the Archduke.  Norman Dodd, former director of the Committee to Investigate Tax Exempt
Foundations of the U.S. House of Representatives, testified that the Committee was invited to study
the minutes of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace as part of the Committee's
investigation. The Committee stated: "The trustees of the Foundation brought up a single question.
If it is desirable to alter the life of an entire people, is there any means more efficient than war....
They discussed this question... for a year and came up with an answer: There are no known means
more efficient than war, assuming the objective is altering the life of an entire people.  That leads them
to a question: How do we involve the United States in a war.  This is in 1909."
So the decision was made to involve the United States in a war so that the
"life of the entire people could be altered."
This was the conclusion of a foundation supposedly committed to "peace."
What Really Caused World War I?

May 7, The Lusitania is sunk by Germany.
The ship was sent to New York City where it was loaded with six million rounds of ammunition, owned by
J.P. Morgan & Co., to be sold to England and France to aid in their war against Germany.
It was known that the very wealthy were interested in involving the American government in that war, and Secretary of
State William Jennings Bryan was one who made note of this. "As Secretary [Bryan] had anticipated, the large banking
interests were deeply interested in the World War because of wide opportunities for large profits. On August 3, 1914, even
before the actual clash of arms, the French firm of Rothschild Freres cabled to Morgan and Company in New York
suggesting the flotation of a loan of $100,000,000, a substantial part of which was to be left in the United States,
to pay for French purchases of American goods."

Revenue Act of 1916
Congress amends the law to remove the ambiguous question of
what taxing "lawful" income means,
and substitutes instead "from whatever source derived".
In the new law, all income is taxable even if it is earned by illegal means.
This new language also becomes the basis on which the taxation
of overseas source income is included.

Three years after signing the Federal Reserve Act into law, President Woodrow Wilson observes:
"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is
controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation,
therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst
ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No
longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the
majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."

In November 1916, President Wilson was re-elected to a second term under the slogan
"He kept us out of war", suggesting the continued appeal of neutrality in the face of German
harassment in the Atlantic Ocean. However, during the campaign, Wilson, a Democrat and admitted
novice at military affairs, sought to placate the right by standing firm against Berlin, demanding
that unrestricted submarine warfare end, or Washington would terminate all diplomatic relations
with the German Empire. The United States was just a few steps away from war.

 Still locked in Monroe Doctrine-style isolation, America was slow to react. However, early 1917
witnessed the proverbial last straw. German Foreign Minister Alfred Zimmermann, in attempt to
eliminate America as a direct military threat to the war in Europe, offered Mexico Germany's
assistance in recovering the former's "lost territory" in New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas if they
attacked the United States within the month. The so-called Zimmermann Telegram was decoded by
the British and sent to Wilson and the American media. On 2 April 1917, Wilson asked Congress to
declare war on Germany, urging with professorial idealism that America "must make the world safe
for democracy." Four days later, Congress passed the declaration of war by an overwhelming margin. America was going "over there".

in 1917 with the overthrow of the provisional government that had replaced the Russian Tsar system
and led to the establishment of the Soviet Union, which lasted until the Russian Revolution of 1991.
The Russian Revolution was led by Vladimir Lenin based upon the ideas of Karl Marx and marked
the beginning of the spread of communism in the twentieth century.

May 30,   Prominent British and American personalities establish the Royal Institute of International Affairs in England
and the Institute of International Affairs in the U.S. at a meeting arranged by Col. House attended by various
Fabian socialists, including noted economist John Maynard Keynes. Two years later, Col. House reorganizes
the Institute of International Affairs into the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

The Federal Reserve is at the root of most of our present laws.
Basically, the Federal Reserve is the "STATE" of the United States.

December 15,  The CFR endorses World Government in its magazine Foreign Affairs. Author Philip Kerr, states:
"Obviously there is going to be no peace or prosperity for mankind as long as [the earth] remains divided into
50 or 60 independent states until some kind of international system is created...
The real problem today is that of the world government."
